Approach

I offer a warm and supportive environment for coping with distress and challenges. Through the counselling process there are chances to explore/share emotions, find compassion for yourself and others, as well as discover new coping strategies.  From this, there is a clearer path to experiencing a life based on your own values, strengths and choices.
